Chef Jim’s Notes: Perfect alone as a refreshing salad or on a bed of mixed greens.
1 pound strawberries cut in quarters
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons primavera
½ teaspoon salt
10 fresh basil leaves torn into pieces
Combine all the ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
